Displayed prices incorporate applicable indirect tax at the prevailing rate.
Import duties and clearance-related charges are included under a delivered duty paid arrangement.
The amount shown at checkout reflects the payable total at the time of purchase, with cost components visible before payment confirmation.
Ⅳ. Payment Steps
Before completing payment, users are asked to review order details, delivery information and the total amount.
The process involves selecting a supported card type, entering cardholder details and confirming the transaction.
Once payment is completed, an order acknowledgement is issued by email.
If a transaction does not go through, another card may be used or assistance may be requested.
Ⅴ. Refund Handling
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment card, provided the card remains active.
Processing is initiated within a short handling period.
The time taken for funds to appear depends on banking procedures and may vary by issuer.
If a refund does not appear within the expected banking timeframe, further checks can be requested with relevant order information.
