Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for purchasing items through this website. Ⅰ. Scope of Returns and Exchanges

Subject to applicable consumer protection rules and relevant legal frameworks, users may, where conditions allow, request a return or exchange within 30 business days after receiving the goods.

Please note the following points:

  • Requests submitted beyond the stated timeframe may fall outside the applicable assessment scope

  • All return or exchange enquiries are expected to be raised with after-sales support in advance

  • Parcels sent back without prior confirmation may result in extended handling time

  • Returned items are expected to meet the basic conditions outlined in this policy

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.

Ⅱ. Return Request Procedure

Request submission

To lodge a return or exchange enquiry, users are generally asked to provide:

  • Order reference number

  • Proof of payment, such as a receipt or transaction record

  • At least one clear image or a short video showing the item and its condition

Confirmation and return instructions

Where a request is reviewed and acknowledged, relevant instructions may be provided electronically. These may include:

  • A prepaid return label in PDF format, where applicable

  • Guidance on packing and dispatch

After receiving the information, items should be packed securely and the printed label affixed to the outside of the parcel.
Prepaid return labels are typically valid for 7 calendar days and should be used within that period with the nominated carrier.

For returns that fall within the applicable legal timeframe, shipping and handling costs are generally not charged separately. Using original packaging is recommended where available to reduce transit-related risks.

Ⅲ. Refund and Exchange Handling

Exchanges

Once returned items are received and checked, and where exchange conditions are met, a replacement item may be arranged within a reasonable processing timeframe. Tracking details may be provided where available.

Refunds

Where a return qualifies for a refund, the amount is usually processed back to the original payment method.
The time taken for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or issuing bank and commonly ranges between 10 and 15 business days.

If a refund is not visible after this period, users are encouraged to contact after-sales support for further review.
