Ⅰ. Scope of Application

Services made available through this platform are intended for use within Australia only. This includes metropolitan areas, regional locations and selected islands where delivery services operate.

Use from other countries or regions is not supported at this time. If these terms are not acceptable to you, discontinuing use of the platform is recommended.

Ⅱ. Accounts and Access Security

When creating an account, users are expected to provide information that is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

Login credentials should be stored securely. Any consequences arising from unauthorised access due to user negligence are generally the responsibility of the account holder.

In situations involving events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disruptions or system interruptions, access to services may be temporarily affected. Recovery measures are assessed based on actual circumstances.

Ⅲ. Privacy and Data Handling

Information such as name, contact details, delivery address, payment identifiers and browsing activity may be collected where relevant to order processing, delivery coordination, after-sales communication, platform operation and lawful service notifications.

Data transmission is generally protected using TLS/SSL encryption and handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable Australian privacy requirements.

If information relating to individuals under 18 is identified, appropriate removal steps may be taken after verification.

Ⅳ. Product Information

Product descriptions, images and specifications are presented with care. Minor variations in appearance, colour tone, dimensions or packaging may occur and are not normally considered faults.

Ⅴ. Pricing and Taxation

Prices displayed include applicable indirect taxes as shown at checkout.
Where indicated, pricing may reflect a DDP arrangement, with relevant import-related charges incorporated.

Ⅵ. Orders and Payment

Orders are generally reviewed after full payment confirmation. Preparation timelines may vary depending on order volume and verification requirements.

Payments are supported via Visa and MasterCard. Transactions are processed in euros ( $) and protected through encrypted channels. Further guidance is available under Payment Methods.

Ⅶ. Delivery and Fulfilment

Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time following dispatch is approximately 8 to 15 business days.

Orders meeting the applicable threshold may qualify for delivery without an additional shipping charge. Otherwise, a fixed delivery fee applies as shown at checkout.

Delivery services may involve recognised carriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, with tracking options where available. Address accuracy is important, as additional costs resulting from incorrect details may fall to the recipient. More information is provided in the Delivery Policy.

Ⅷ. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Cancellation requests may be reviewed within 72 hours prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Under applicable consumer regulations, return requests may be submitted within a defined period after receipt.

Requests generally require order identification, payment reference and supporting images or video where relevant. Refunds and exchanges are assessed after returned items are received and reviewed.

Ⅸ. Acceptable Use

Use of the platform is intended for adults, or minors acting with appropriate supervision.

Activities involving unlawful conduct, misuse, fraud or infringement of third-party rights are not permitted. Responsibility for such actions rests with the user involved.

Ⅹ. Intellectual Property and Dispute Matters

All content presented on the platform, including text, images and identifiers, is subject to applicable intellectual property protections. Use without authorisation is not permitted.

Any assessment of indirect loss or uncontrollable events is generally limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are interpreted in line with applicable Australian and EU legal principles. Where resolution cannot be reached through communication, matters may be reviewed by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Australia.
